Because nobody helped me, I found my own fix (I won't blame you ![;)]( "wink ;)")

You "may" lose your saves, so be sure to backup all saves before.
Use JK's SaveManager, there is a mass save extractor/injector in it!
1) Backup nnidsave.bin with Decrypt9
2) Open nnidsave.bin with HxD (hexadecimal editor)
3) Press Ctrl+A (Select All)
4) Replace every bytes by FF
