I originally could not find anything on how to setup OoT3DHax. My web search skills maybe crap, or I'm just looking in the wrong places?? ....anyways ...I hope this will be useful to someone.
1. Download the HBL Starter pack.
- https://smealum.github.io/ninjhax2/
2. Extract the starter.zip and copy the contents of the starter folder to the root of your SD Card.
3. Put the SD card back in to your 3DS, and power on your 3DS ready to launch...
