So I recently had an issue where I didn't have a way to install FBI (can't inject on n3ds and apparently some 2ds) so I came up with this method to do so.
This is ONLY for those who don't have a Gateway and can't inject FBI into Health and Safety.
This is assuming you have RXTools 3.0 (or anything above 3.0)
1. Get the FBI 3dsx and throw it into your 3DS folder on your SD.
2. Boot HBL (whatever entrypoint you use)
3. Boot RXTools in Pasta mode. (under advanced settings.)
